I hope that all of you are enjoying the holidays with your family and friends. I know that I sure am. I cannot believe that break is nearly over, but I am so excited to see the kids. It has been weird not seeing them every day. I miss them!
We had a wonderful last week in school before winter break that was filled with so many fun activities to celebrate the holidays and all that we have learned so far this year. There are many pictures to see below showing all of those fun things.
I want to give a big shout out to Danielle and Alan Anderson for all the time effort they put in to our winter party. It was amazing! The kids got to decorate cookies, make reindeer food, create some fun bags, dip pretzels, eat fun snacks (all while they were dressed up as chefs in their chef hats and aprons) and of course, bring home lots of goodies! I'm hoping that everything got home safely on Friday with the Christmas ornaments and all of the other goodies. Please let me know if you are missing anything.
I took a lot of pictures, so please enjoy.
We rolled and drew a snowman as we practiced reading our numbers.
This was taken at the winter concert. The kids were so excited to be in the high school and perform that I just had to take some pictures of them. Plus, they all looked adorable in their outfits!
I hope you enjoyed the ornaments from the kids. They were really excited to make them for you.
Here are some pictures from our winter party.
For our Polar Express Day, we got to read the book, do some learning activities related to the story, watch the movie, and drink hot chocolate. The best part was that we got to do all of it in our pajamas!
