This week, we added some new choices for our choice time in the afternoon. Students can now listen to books on the computer, and they can also play in the kitchen. It is so fun to watch their imaginations at work! Here are some pictures of kids engaged in their activities at choice time.

The fire fighters also came this week. We learned about what to do if a fire happens in our house or in school. We asked the firefighters many questions, and we even got to practice some important parts of an escape plan like "stop, drop, and roll," and crawling on the floor to stay away from the smoke. We also got to touch an actual fireman's suit!
